San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Gökada Elektrik Üretim Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş. ve Zengen Enerji A.Ş.) tarafından başvuru yapılmıştır. Konuyla ilgili gelişmeler oldukça kamuoyuyla paylaşılacaktır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. | Our Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries (Komsun Enerji Tarım Hayvancılık İnş. San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Gökada Elektrik Üretim Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş. and Zengen Enerji A.Ş., respectively), has submitted applications for the YEKA SPP-2024 auctions announced by the General Directorate of Energy Affairs under the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Türkiye, published in the Official Gazette dated November 4, 2024, and numbered 32712. The auctions are regarding the allocation of renewable energy resource areas and connection capacities with a total capacity of 335 MW for solar energy including Karaman SPP/Karaman (200 MW), Malatya SPP/Malatya (75 MW) and Van SPP/Van (60 MW). Developments on this matter will be shared with the public as they occur. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
