Yönetim Kurulumuz, şirket temsilinde kullanılmak üzere 1 adet araç alınmasına, söz konusu aracın alımı için 11.000.000-TL+ yasal masraflar olacak şekilde üst sınır belirlenmesine ve söz konusu varlık alımı kararının Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ilgili tebliğleri gereğince KAP 'ta ilan edilmesine oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir. |
