The following decisions has been taken about Denge Yatırım Holding A.Ş. (Company), trading on the Emerging Companies Market.
- The shares of the Company has been decided to be traded in the Watch List within the scope of Article (35)/1-c of Listing Directive (Directive) and they have been decided to start trading on 19th of June 2020 within the scope of the Article (35)/3 considering the independent auditor's opinion regarding the financial reports dated 31/12/2019 and the activities of the Company and its subsidiaries.
- It has been decided to warn the Company to pay essential attention in fulfilling the public disclosure obligations according to the Article 23/1-a of the Directive and due to the fact that the information and documents were not presented completely during the examination carried out by Borsa İstanbul within the scope of Article 23/1-b.
