oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Within the scope of the Volatility Based Measures System (VBTS) that is being implemented in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's decisions, PRDGS.E, CELHA.E, CONSE.E, IMASM.E, SASA.E and HEKTS.E shares will be subject to gross settlement measure from 23/11/2022 (beginning of the session) until 22/12/2022 (end of the session). Measures that are currently being implemented and defined in the earlier stages of the VBTS (prohibition of short selling and margn trading, order package measures) will be in effect until the end date of the gross settlement measure. Note: Measures implemented within the scope of the VBTS are considered separately from trading principles applied for the share as a result of the trading rules of the market/platform in which the share is traded, market segment changes, or other reasons. Accordingly, measures taken with respect to VBTS continue to be implemented until the end of the measure's implementation period irrespective of the validity period of the trading principles implemented with other regulations or decisions. Pursuant to Capital Markets Board's decision dated 11/02/2021, short selling transactions are banned for shares traded at the Borsa İstanbul Equity Market except BIST-50 stocks until a further notice. | Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu kararı uyarınca devreye alınan Volatilite Bazlı Tedbir Sistemi (VBTS) kapsamında PRDGS.E, CELHA.E, CONSE.E, IMASM.E, SASA.E ve HEKTS.E paylarında 23/11/2022 tarihli işlemlerden (seans başından) 22/12/2022 tarihli işlemlere (seans sonuna) kadar brüt takas uygulanacaktır. İlgili payda halihazırda uygulanmakta olan ve VBTS kapsamında önceki aşamalarda tanımlanan tedbirler de (açığa satış ve kredili işlem yasağı, emir paketi tedbirleri) brüt takas tedbirinin uygulandığı süre boyunca devam edecektir. Not: VBTS kapsamında getirilen tedbirler, payın işlem gördüğü pazarın/platformun işlem kuralları, pazar değişimi veya diğer nedenlerle uygulanan işlem esaslarından ayrı olarak değerlendirilir. Buna göre VBTS tedbirleri diğer düzenlemeler veya kararlarla uygulamaya alınan işlem esaslarının geçerlilik süresinden ayrı olarak tedbir süresinin sonuna kadar uygulanmaya devam eder. SPK'nın 11/02/2021 tarihli kararı uyarınca Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Pay Piyasalarında ikinci bir duyuru yapılıncaya kadar BIST-50 Endeksi dışında kalan paylarda açığa satış işlemleri yasaklanmıştır. | |||||||
