Within the framework of a protocol that is called "Cooperation on Urban Transformation Applications" which was signed between Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services General Directorate and our Company, the agreement of Istanbul Üsküdar Bulgurlu Altınköy-2 Urban Transformation Construction Work which was tendered by our Company on behalf of the Ministry has signed with the contractor BAYINDIRLAR Yapı A.Ş. & BURAKYOL Müh. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Joint Venture on 27.01.2023.
Agreement Value: TRY 601,000,000 + VAT
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
