In our Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcements dated 31.10.2021,17.01.2022, 11.03.2022 and 23.06.2022, it was announced that an administrative fine was imposed on five chain markets, including our Company and one supplier by the Competition Authority and annulment case against this penalty decision of the Competition Authority was filed in the relevant Administrative Court by our Company.
The case was rejected on the merits by the Ankara Administrative Court (first-degree court). It is planned to appeal the decision before the Ankara Regional Administrative Court, which is the second degree court, within 30 days, and the developments on this disclosure will be announced when necessary.
