Belirtilen adresle sınırlı olmak üzere; bağlı ortaklığımız Doğuş Oto Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ'nin satış ve satış sonrası hizmetler faaliyeti 30.06.2023 tarihi itibariyle sona erecek ve distribütörlüğünü yaptığımız VW Binek, VW Ticari, Audi, Seat, Cupra markaların yetkili satıcısı ve yetkili servisi ile DOD yetkili satıcısı olarak Arca Grup Otomotiv İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ faaliyete başlayacaktır. | As a result of the negotiations on the sale of the real estate owned by our company, located at Bursa Province, Osmangazi District, Fatih Mahallesi, İstanbul Caddesi, N 327, and where our subsidiary Doğuş Oto Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ currently provides sales and after-sales services, to Arca Grup Otomotiv İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, an agreement was reached and the transfer of the property title deed was completed.
