Bahsi geçen yatırım ve üretime geçiş süreçleri ile ilgili gelişmeler özel durumların kamuya açıklanmasına ilişkin usul ve esaslar çerçevesinde kamuoyuna duyurulacaktır. Saygılarımızla, İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. | An order contract for Paper Pulp Preparation Machinery and Equipment, worth 5.830.000 USD, to be used in Konya Ereğli Paper Factory, which will be built on our industrial land of 100.000 m2 in Konya Ereğli Organized Industrial Zone, was signed today (10.08.2023). The cost of the dough preparation machinery and equipment has been paid in advance and it is expected to be delivered by the end of June 2024. The developments regarding the mentioned investment and transition to production processes will be announced to the public within the framework of the procedures and principles regarding the disclosure of material events. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
