As committed during the public offering process and as stated in the Fund Utilization Report, our Company aims to establish a Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project in order to balance its energy costs. The Company plans to generate part of the energy consumed in its restaurants, which have their own electricity subscriptions, by establishing an SPP. For this purpose, our Company has applied for a call letter within the framework of the "Regulation on Unlicensed Electricity Generation in the Electricity Market" for the establishment of a Solar Power Plant with a capacity of approximately 20,801 kWp DC / 18 MWe AC in Bozova District of Şanlıurfa Province. Project details will be disclosed to the public after the finalization of our call letter application and the energy connection agreement.
