The issue document approved by the Capital Markets Board for shares with a nominal value of TRY 535,502,416 to be issued within the scope of the conditional increase of our company's issued capital from TRY 43,280,112,944.80 to TRY 43,815,615,360.80 is attached.
Within the scope of the conditional capital increase to be realized, the preemptive rights will be completely restricted and all of the new shares to be issued will be allocated to the bondholder Erdemoglu Holding.
