oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Margün Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'nin %100 bağlı ortaklığı Soleil Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş.'ye Muğla İlinde güneş enerjisine dayalı Özmen-1 GES projesi kapsamında 30.07.2020 tarihinden itibaren 49 yıl süreyle üretim faaliyeti göstermek üzere 6446 sayılı Elektrik Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurulu'nun (EPDK) 30.07.2020 tarihli ve 9476-15 sayılı karar ile üretim lisansı verilmişti. Bu lisansla ürettiği elektriği, 23.10.2020 geçici kabul tarihinden itibaren 10 yıl süre ile 13,3 USDcent/kWh fiyatla 5346 ve 6094 sayılı kanunlar gereğince devlet alım garantisi altında satmaktadır. 19.11.2022 tarihinde yayınlanan "Elektrik Piyasasında Depolama Faaliyetleri Yönetmeliği" kapsamına göre, Üretim lisansı sahibi tüzel kişiler, lisanslı bir üretim tesisine bütünleşik depolama ünitesi kurabilmektedir maddesi eklenmiştir. İlgili madde kapsamında 20,17 MWh kurulu gücüne sahip Özmen-1 GES projesine 2,064 MWh kapasiteli bütünleşik depolama ünitesi kurmak için Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu'na 08.11.2023 tarihi itibariyle başvuruda bulunulmuştu. Bütünleşik depolama ünitesi kurulumu için ÇED Yönetmeliği kapsamında Bakanlıktan görüş talep edilmiş, Özmen-1 GES Projesine Elektrik Depolama Tesisi Kurulumu için ÇED Yönetmeliği hükümlerinden muaf olduğuna dair değerlendirme yapıldığı şirketimize Muğla Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği İl Müdürlüğü tarafından bildirilmişti. Özmen-1 GES projesine, 2,064 MWh kapasiteli bütünleşik depolama ünitesi kurmak için yapılan Üretim Lisansı tadili başvurumuz, Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurulu'nun 28/03/2024 tarihli ve 12531-25 sayılı Karar'ı ve Elektrik Piyasası Dairesi Başkanlığı'nın 11/07/2024 tarihli ve 933621 sayılı kararı ile uygun bulunduğu şirketimize tebliğ edilmişti. Üretim lisansı tadil onayı sonrası, ana kaynağı güneş enerjisi olan 2,064 MWh gücündeki Türkiye'de ilk defa hayata geçecek ‘üretime bütünleşik depolama ünitesi' kurulumu tamamlanmış ve gerek sürdürülebilir enerji üretimi gerekse güneş enerjisinde bir başka ilk gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üretim tesisine bütünleşik elektrik depolama ünitesinin kurulmasının ardından, dengesizlik giderlerinin minimuma indirilmesi ve emre amade kapasitenin üzerinde üretilen elektriği depolama yöntemi ile sisteme vererek yaklaşık 860.000 kWh/Yıl fazla üretim sayesinde ek satış geliri elde etmesi beklenmektedir. Kabul işlemleriyle birlikte ilgili gelişmeler kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır. Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygılarımızla duyurulur. | A production license was granted to Soleil Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş., a 100% subsidiary of Margün Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., under the decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) dated 30.07.2020 and numbered 9476-15. Issued in accordance with the Electricity Market Law No. 6446 and related legislation, the license allows the Özmen-1 Solar Power Plant (SPP) project in Muğla Province to operate for a period of 49 years starting from 30.07.2020. In accordance with Laws No. 5346 and 6094, under this license, the electricity produced has been sold under a government purchase guarantee at a price of 13.3 USD cents/kWh for 10 years, starting from the temporary acceptance date of 23.10.2020. According to the "Regulation on Storage Activities in the Electricity Market" published on 19.11.2022, a provision has been added stating that legal entities holding a production license can establish integrated storage units for licensed production facilities. Within the scope of the relevant provision, an application was submitted to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) as of 08.11.2023 to establish a 2.064 MWh integrated storage unit for the Özmen-1 Solar Power Plant (SPP) project, which has an installed capacity of 20.17 MWh. For the establishment of the integrated storage unit, an opinion was requested from the Ministry within the scope of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulation. The Muğla Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change informed our company that the Özmen-1 Solar Power Plant (SPP) project is exempt from the provisions of the EIA Regulation regarding the establishment of the Electricity Storage Facility. Our application for the amendment of the Production License to establish a 2.064 MWh capacity integrated storage unit for the Özmen-1 Solar Power Plant (SPP) project was approved. This decision was notified to our company under the Energy Market Regulatory Authority's decision dated 28/03/2024 and numbered 12531-25 and the Electricity Market Department's decision dated 11/07/2024 and numbered 933621. After the approval of the amendment to the production license, the installation of the "production-integrated storage unit" with a capacity of 2,064 MWh, powered primarily by solar energy and to be implemented for the first time in Turkey, has been completed. Following this approval, another milestone has been achieved in both sustainable energy production and solar energy. Following the installation of the integrated electricity storage unit at the production facility, it is expected that imbalance costs will be minimized. Additionally, by storing electricity produced above the available capacity and feeding it into the system, the facility is expected to achieve an additional revenue through approximately 860,000 kWh/year of surplus production.
