As it is known, our company is supplying certain wind turbine and wind tower components to our related party Ateş Çelik (Ateş Wind Power) under the framework understanding reached in April 2018.
Our new Information Policy announced through the Public Disclosure Platform on 15/2/2022, stipulates that disclosures may be made concerning periodical orders under framework contracts. In this context, our company has started disclosing our revenue expectations from Ateş Wind Power on a quarterly basis, beginning from the second quarter of 2022.
Our company is expecting to earn approximately EUR 3.250.000 from sales of wind turbine and tower components and commercial goods to Ateş Wind Power in the third quarter of 2022.
Revenue earned in the second quarter will be dislosed through the respective quarterly financial tables.
