According to the decision of Company's Board of Directors, dated April 5, 2024, the dividend distribution, which is approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on March 28, 2024, will start on April 16, 2024. The dividend will be deposited into our public shareholders' accounts at T+2 value date.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
