With our Bank's Board of Directors resolution dated 17 May 2024 it is resolved that;
- Muharrem Kaan Şakul, who works as the "Assistant General Manager of Corporate Banking", will leave his position due to retirement on July 1, 2024 and Mehmet Erkan Akbulut, who works as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Credit Management will be appointed as the "Assistant General Manager of Corporate Banking".
- Mehmed Erendiz Kürşad Keteci who works as "Strategic Planning and Investor Relations Executive Vice President", will apply to BRSA to be appointed as Assistant General Manager for Strategy of the Bank and the appointment will become effective unless there is an objection from BRSA within 7 working days.
- Assistant General Manager of Strategy position will become a permanent member of the Executive Board.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
