In the General Assembly Meeting on 15 April 2025, it was resolved to amend Article 3 titled "Purpose and Scope" and Article 17 titled "Term of Office and Duties of the Board of Directors" of our Company's Articles of Association in the form it is approved by CMB and the Ministry of Trade.
The amendment text is in the attachment in the form it is approved by CMB, the Ministry of Trade and the General Assembly
