As per the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Communiqué Serial II, No. 17.1, our company's common and ongoing sales transactions with Fasdat Gıda Dağıtım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Pangaea Foods (China) Holdings Ltd. exceeded 10% of the revenue amount based on the last publicly disclosed annual financial statements for the 2024 accounting period. Therefore, this report provides information on the price determination method and the transactions' compliance with market conditions.
In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
