The "Istanbul Eyüpsultan Kemerburgaz Land Sale for Revenue Sharing Project" contract, signed on February 28, 2023, between our Company, Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Company and the Contractor ,consisting of CABA İnş. Enerji Turz. San. ve Tic. A.Ş., MESA Mesken İnş. A.Ş., and MESA Holding A.Ş., has been terminated prior to the commencement of construction and sales process by mutual agreement through a Liquidation Protocol signed on April 18, 2025.
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
