In accordance with Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'s letter dated 20.10.2022 and numbered E-18454353-100.06-11969, our statement made pursuant to article 8 of the Communiqué on Material Events Disclosure numbered II-15.1 published by the Capital Markets Board is as follows;
There is no material event that has not been disclosed to public which may cause an unusual movement in the price and trading volume of the Company's shares (CRFSA) that are traded on Borsa Istanbul Main Market.
