We announced to the public with our material disclosure dated 14.10.2022 that we have a medium-long-term strategic investment idea to meet some of the energy needs of our Paper Factory, which is being built in Konya Ereğli OIZ. At the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 23.05.2023.
- Taking into account that, the registered capital ceiling of our company is exceeded for once, with an increase of 210.000.000 TL from internal resources to 262.500.000 TL. in accordance with the provisions of the 6th paragraph of the 6th article of the Registered Capital System Communiqué of the Capital Markets Board No. II-18.1, to increase the current Registered Capital Ceiling of our Company from 200.000.000 TL to 800.000.000 TL and the registered capital ceiling period to be valid for the years 2023-2027 is 5 ( to be extended for a further five) years; in this context, to amend Article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association, titled "Capital", - Regarding these issues, to obtain the necessary permissions from the Capital Markets Board and T.C. Ministry of Commerce and submitting them to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly to be held,
