The negotiations within the scope of the preliminary memorandum of understanding signed between the Army Relief Organization (OYAK) and Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC) on 27.11.2023 have been completed and binding contracts have been signed. The process for the permits required to be obtained from official institutions and organizations has started.
Information regarding the share purchase process specified in the Capital Markets Board's share purchase notification numbered (II-26.1) will be shared with the public following the completion of the permit processes.
