A gold mine was discovered in the mining area under the responsibility of our subsidiary Erdemir Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Ermaden) in Sivas province. In this context, it was decided to initiate reserve determination studies in accordance with the standards of the National Resources and Reserves Reporting Committee (UMREK) in order to measure the possible reserve amount.
Further developments regarding this matter will be disclosed to the public.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
