With our Company's material event disclosure dated July 8, 2023, we announced on the Public Disclosure Platform that Gedik Yatırım became the ‘Official Sponsor' of Fenerbahçe Football A Team for the 2023 – 2024 season within the scope of the sponsorship agreement between our Company and Fenerbahçe Futbol AŞ.
The sponsorship agreement signed between our Company and Fenerbahçe Futbol AŞ has been renewed with the agreement signed today. In this context, Gedik Yatırım will continue to be the ‘Official Sponsor' of Fenerbahçe Football A Team for the 2024 – 2025 season.
Within the framework of our vision to be a leader in all areas of capital markets, this sponsorship agreement will not only contribute to the development of football, but also help our Company and the investment products offered by our Company reach a wider audience.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
