An agreement has been reached with Engineering Consultancy Company and Distribution Network Electricity Company for the sale of our 66 MW power plant in Madagascar, which has been in operation since 2017, and the share transfers have been completed.
This transaction has been carried out as part of Aksa Enerji's 2030 Global Strategy to optimize our investments and to provide focus on renewable energy investment opportunities on a global scale, including Turkey, in line with our sustainable high growth objective. We believe that this step will create value for our stakeholders.
