Our company, Alfa Solar Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., through its subsidiary Alfa Solar Romania S.R.L., has acquired 100% of the shares in three companies—BST ENERGY PROD DISTRIB S.R.L, VALEA CAMPULUI GREEN ENERGY S.R.L, and ELCOMPROD GREEN ENERGY S.R.L.—for approximately 490,000, 308,000, and 351,000 Euros, respectively. These companies are intended to establish solar power plants with capacities of 3460 kWp, 2675 kWp, and 3103 kWp, respectively. The total investment cost for these three projects is expected to amount to approximately 5,252,000 Euros. It is anticipated that these investments will be finalized in the near future, leading to the production and sale of electricity.
