Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş., signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on December 2, 2024, in Riyadh with the Saudi Ministry of Investment (MISA) and National Housing Company (NHC) under the coordination of the Turkish Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, Mr. Murat Kurum, and the Saudi Minister of Municipal and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail.
This agreement aims to integrate Turkey's expertise in construction and real estate development into large-scale projects aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives.
Within the scope of this agreement, Emlak Konut will assume a leading role in housing projects in Saudi Arabia and support the integration of Turkish contractors into the Saudi market. Furthermore, Emlak Konut aims to establish a subsidiary company in Saudi Arabia in the coming period.
