Kalekim, Sürdürülebilirlik alanındaki çalışmalarını Genel Müdür liderliğindeki sürdürülebilirlik komitesi aracılığı ve Kale Holding yaklaşımını temel alarak yönetmektedir. Bu kapsamda üçüncü sürdürülebilirlik raporunu 2025 yılı içerisinde çıkaracaktır. Risk ve fırsatlardan ayrıca 2024 faaliyet raporunda bahsedilmiştir. 2024 Sürdürülebilirlik raporu ise TSRS uyumlu olarak hazırlanacaktır.

Kalekim manages its Sustainabilityactivities in the field through the sustainability committee led by the General Manager and based on the Kale Holding approach. In this context, it will publish its third sustainability report in 2025. Risks and opportunities are also mentioned in the 2024 annual report.The 2024 Sustainability report will be prepared in compliance with TSRS.

Within the framework of the Take Care of Your World movement, a governance mechanism has been established in order to ensure that the sustainability perspective is adopted by all Group companies and stakeholders and to progress in line with the goals. Kalekim's balanced corporate report card includes ESG Ratings Score within the scope of sustainability targets related to climate. ESG Rating score includes sustainability indexes in which the company will be included. In addition, environmental targets are included in process performance indicators. Balanced corporate report card and performance indicators are reduced to individual scorecards and associated with employees' targets.

In order to meet expectations within the framework of combating and adapting to climate change, a risk assessment was conducted in line with the TCFD methodology. The climate crisis was addressed within the strategic framework of Take Care of Your World and TSRS-compatible risk and opportunity analysis studies were initiated.
