Dear Shareholders,

At the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 19 March 2025, within the framework of the foregoing "Profit Distribution Table", it is hereby resolved that of a total gross profit of TL 1,000,000,000.- remaining after deducting of a general legal reserve fund of TL 99,100,000 and an extraordinary reserve fund of TL 1,772,245,742 from the consolidated net after-tax profit of TL 2,871,345,742 resulting from our Company's business activities and operations in the year 2024, and for the payment in cash and in full as from 26 March 2025 and to close the previous year's loss of 40,761,641 TL to be covered from extraordinary reserves.
