Saygılarımızla, Türk Prysmian Kablo ve Sistemleri A.Ş | In line with the opinions of our Audit Committee, in order to fulfill the obligations stipulated in Articles 397-406 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and to carry out the independent audit of the financial reports for the year 2025 to be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Law, (CMB) Serial: II-14.1 "Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and to sign a one-year independent audit contract with PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor of our Company in order to carry out the independent audit of the financial reports for the year 2025 to be prepared in accordance with the provisions of these laws and other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws were approved at the General Assembly Meeting held today.
