oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Şirketimiz portföyünde yer alan ve inşaatı devam eden QFlats Projemiz için; 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamındaki ön ödemeli konut satış sözleşmelerinde, inşaatın tamamlanmasına ilişkin taahhütlerin yerine getirilmesi hususunda hak sahiplerini koruma amaçlı tasarlanmış ve finansal güvence sağlayarak binanın tamamlanmasını teminat altına alan önemli bir sigorta ürünü olan bina tamamlama sigortasının yaptırılmasına karar verilmiş olup, Şirketimiz payına düşen bağımsız bölümlerin ön satışlarının bu kapsamda teminat altına alınması amacıyla, ilgili branşta ruhsatı bulunan sigorta şirketlerinden ürün arzında bulunan tek sigorta Şirketi ve aynı zamanda ana ortağımız olan Quick Sigorta AŞ'ye, ilk aşamada 100.000.000 TL sigorta teminatı kapsamında, 2.000.000 TL+100.000 TL gider vergisi olmak üzere toplam 2.100.000 TL Brüt Prim karşılığında, satış vaadi sözleşmesi ile yapılacak olan satışlar için, hasar vuku bulduğunda binayı yaptırmak suretiyle hasar tazminini yerine getirmeyi taahhüt altına alan bir bina tamamlama sigortası poliçesi yaptırılmıştır.
| For our QFlats Project, which is in our company's portfolio and under construction; Within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, it has been decided to take out building completion insurance, which is an important insurance product designed to protect the beneficiaries for the fulfillment of their commitments regarding the completion of the construction in prepaid housing sales contracts within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and guarantees the completion of the building by providing financial assurance, IIn order to cover the pre-sales of the independent sections falling to the share of our Company within this scope, Quick Sigorta AŞ, which is the only insurance company offering products among the insurance companies licensed in the relevant branch and at the same time our main shareholder, in the first stage, within the scope of TL 100.000.000 insurance coverage, in return for a total Gross Premium of TL 2. 000.000 TL + 100.000 TL expense tax, for a total gross premium of 2.100.000 TL, a building completion insurance policy was taken out for the sales to be made with the sales promise contract, which undertakes to fulfill the damage compensation by building the building in case of damage.
