In the Board meeting dated 19.04.2019, it has been decided;
- to approve the amendment text for the article 3 titled "Purpose and Scope" of the Articles of Association,
- to submit to Capital Markets Board and Ministry of Trade in order to obtain the necessary permissions required for the amendment text,
- to submit the referred Articles of Association amendments to the General Assembly's approval in the first General Assembly meeting.
The old text and the new text of the Articles of Association are in the attachment.
(In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.)
