With the intend of project development on properties of Galatasaray Sport Club Association, in İstanbul province, Bakırköy district, Florya(Şenlikköy) quarter 1032/6 block/parcel and in İstanbul province, Beykoz district, Riva quarter 0/3201, 0/3202 block/parcel, the protocol were signed on 26.06.2016 and additional protocol to transfer the lands to Our Company on 27.12.2016.However, due to the fact that the actual land delivery of Florya land could not be realized and the said protocols were terminated by our Company on 27.09.2019. As a result of the parties coming together again during the process and evaluating the issue, it was decided to exclude the Florya land and to continue the project developed on the Riva land and the Protocol regulating the rights and obligations of the parties was signed on 04.12.2019.
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
