Anel Telekom hissedarlarından Rıdvan Çelikel' den sahibi olduğu 4.654.363,339 TL nominal değerli 4.654.363,339 adet A grubu ve 20.233,454 TL nominal değerli 20.233,454 adet B grubu hisseyi, Avniye Mukaddes Çelikel' den sahibi olduğu 559.999,965 TL nominal değerli 559.999,965 adet A grubu hisseyi, Mahir Kerem Çelikel'den sahibi olduğu 221.999,985 TL nominal değerli 221.999,985 adet A grubu ve 75.363,632 TL nominal değerli 75.363,632 adet B grubu hisseyi ve Merve Şirin Çelikel Tombuloğlu' na ait 100 TL nominal değerli ve 100 Adet B Grubu hisseyi, her nevi takyidattan ari olarak ve haiz olduğu tüm haklar ile birlikte Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. değerleme raporunda belirtilen beher hisse başına 1,26 TL ödenmesi suretiyle toplam 5.436.363,289 adet A grubu ve toplam 95.697,086 Adet B Grubu hissenin toplam 6.970.396,073 TL bedel ile satın alınmıştır.
