Within the framework of a protocol that is called "Cooperation on Urban Transformation Applications" which was signed between Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services General Directorate and our Company, the agreement of İstanbul Fikirtepe Urban Transformation Project 3472/1 Parcel Construction Works which was tendered by our Company on behalf of the Ministry has signed with the contractor Maksem Yapı Tic. A.Ş. on 04.01.2022.
Agreement Value: TRY 673,444,000 + VAT
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
