The "Domestic Green Debt Instrument Allocation and Impact Report" and "Allocation and Impact Verification Report" prepared in accordance with the "Green Debt Instrument, Sustainable Debt Instrument, Green Lease Certificate, Sustainable Lease Certificate Guide" of the Capital Markets Board regarding our Bank's green debt instrument, which were announced to be issued domestically with our referred statement, are attached.
This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
