Pursuant to Article 40-3(c) of the Capital Markets Board's Real Estate Investment Trusts Regulation No. III-48.1; within 2025, the total of our leasing transactions, not exceeding 2% of the total assets, including renewed contracts, amounts to 342,674. 659 TL + VAT, including renewed contracts, and the total amount of residential sales under sales promise agreements within the scope of the QFlats Project, which constitutes our sales in 2025, amounted to 369,152,039 TL + VAT.
