Pursuant to subparagraph (ç) of paragraph (3) of Article 40 of the Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Companies (III-48.1) of the Capital Markets Board, within the scope of the collective disclosure of purchase, sale and leasing transactions not exceeding 2% of total assets for the period between January 1 – December 31, 2025, the total consideration of our sale transactions amounted to TL 903,756,600 + VAT, while the total consideration of our leasing transactions amounted to TL 315,596,372 + VAT.
