Our company's issued capital of ₺1,200,000,000 has been increased by 100% to ₺2,400,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of ₺5,000,000,000, with the increase being covered as follows:
₺1,029,244,493.26 from positive differences arising from capital inflation adjustments, and
₺170,755,506.74 from extraordinary reserves.
The amended Article 6 – Capital of the Articles of Association has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on February 12, 2026 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette No. 11521, page 251, dated February 12, 2026.
