Note: Measures implemented within the scope of the VBMS are considered separately from trading principles applied in the share as a result of the trading rules of the market/platform where the share is traded, market segment changes, or other reasons. Accordingly, measures taken under the VBMS continue to be implemented until the end of their implementation period irrespective of the validity period of the trading principles implemented under other regulations or decisions. Short selling which had been permitted only on stocks listed within the BIST 50 Index pursuant to the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) decision dated 05/12/2024, is banned on Borsa İstanbul Equity Market from 02/03/2026 until the end of the session on 06/03/2026 with the CMB's decision dated 01/03/2026. This prohibition has been extended until the end of the trading session on 13/03/2026 by the CMB's latest decision dated 08/03/2026. | Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu kararı uyarınca devreye alınan Volatilite Bazlı Tedbir Sistemi (VBTS) kapsamında SVGYO.E payları 13/03/2026 tarihli işlemlerden (seans başından) 10/04/2026 tarihli işlemlere (seans sonuna) kadar açığa satışa ve kredili işlemlere konu edilemeyecektir. Not: VBTS kapsamında getirilen tedbirler, payın işlem gördüğü pazarın/platformun işlem kuralları, pazar değişimi veya diğer nedenlerle uygulanan işlem esaslarından ayrı olarak değerlendirilir. Buna göre VBTS tedbirleri diğer düzenlemeler veya kararlarla uygulamaya alınan işlem esaslarının geçerlilik süresinden ayrı olarak tedbir süresinin sonuna kadar uygulanmaya devam eder.
