Vişne Chem İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, with a share capital of TRY 53,000,000, 60% of which is held by the Company and 40% by Microchem Madencilik Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi, has been established at Kültür Mahallesi, Şehit Nevres Bulvarı, Kızılay İş Merkezi N 3, İç Kapı N 71, Konak/İzmir, Türkiye. The incorporation and registration procedures were completed on August 21, 2026, and the relevant registration announcement was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated August 21, 2026 and numbered 11649.
