By our Bank Board of Directors resolution dated 31.05.2018; it is resolved to apply to BRSA to appoint;
- Albert Angersbach as Chief Risk Officer and Assistant General Manager, subsequent to work permit, to replace Patrick Josef Schmitt, Chief Risk Officer, who will be taking another position within UniCredit Group,
- Saruhan Yücel, who serves as Executive Vice President of Balance Sheet Management and Fixed Income Securities / Treasury, as Assistant General Manager responsible for Treasury.
The appointments will become effective unless there is an objection within 7 business days by the BRSA.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
