oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Şirketimizin 31 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında, Kurumsal Satış ve Teknik Koordinatörlüğü görevini yürüten Sayın Kerem Tokyürek'in aynı tarih itibarı ile Şirketimiz Genel Müdür Yardımcılığı görevine atanması uygun görülmüş, Sigorta ve Reasürans Şirketleri'nin Kuruluş ve Çalışma Esaslarına İlişkin Yönetmeliğin sekizinci maddesinin üçüncü fıkrasına göre, gerekli bilgi ve belgelerinin T.C. Sigortacılık ve Özel Emeklilik Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu'na ulaşmasını izleyen on iş günü içinde Kurumca olumsuz görüş bildirilmemesi durumunda göreve başlamasına karar verilmiştir. | In the Board of Directors meeting of our Company held on May 31, 2022, Mr. Kerem Tokyürek who is the Corporate Sales and Technical Coordinator has been appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive of our Company as of the same date. According to the third paragraph of the eighth article of the Regulation on the Establishment and Working Principles of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, after the necessary information and documents are given to T.R. Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency, if the agency does not state negative opinion in ten days, it is decided that he would take office. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
