("Kobirate") tarafından SPK Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri esas alınarak hazırlanan Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Raporu ("Rapor") tamamlanmış olup 23 Kasım 2023 tarihinde açıklamış olduğumuz 9,26 (10 üzerinden) olan Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme notumuz Şirketimizin kurumsal yönetim ilkelerini uygulama alanında yaptığı sürekli iyileştirme çabaları sonrasında bugün (25 Kasım 2024) itibarıyla 9,34 (10 üzerinden) olarak yukarı yönlü revize edilmiştir. Kobirate'in yaptığı açıklamada "Bu sonuç şirketin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından yayınlanan Kurumsal Yönetim İlkelerine büyük ölçüde uyum sağladığını ve BİST kurumsal yönetim endeksinde bulunmayı üst düzeyde hak ettiğini göstermektedir." ifadelerine yer verilmiştir. Kobirate tarafından hazırlanan Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Raporu, Şirketimizin www.globalyatirim.com.tr internet adresinde sayın pay sahiplerimizin bilgilerine sunulmaktadır. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur | Under the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") Regulation on Credit Rating Activities and Principles Regarding Credit Rating Agencies, Kobirate Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Kobirate") has completed the Corporate Governance Rating Report ("Report") based on the CMB Corporate Governance Principles. As announced on November 23, 2023, our Corporate Governance Rating, which was 9.26 out of 10, has been upgraded to 9.34 out of 10 as of today (November 25, 2024), following our company's continuous efforts to improve its implementation of corporate governance principles. In Kobirate's statement, it is mentioned, "This result demonstrates that the company largely complies with the Corporate Governance Principles published by the Capital Markets Board and deserves to be included in the BIST Corporate Governance Index at a high level."
