VakıfBank has successfully executed a Diversified Payment Rights (DPR) securitization transaction amounting to USD 700 million with 6 different tranches. For the first time in many years, such a transaction has been conducted specifically for institutional investors, making it the longest-maturity DPR securitization transaction carried out by VakıfBank in recent years. Final maturities of the transactions will be 10 years with 4 years grace period.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
