Ltd.'nin ("CASI") ve sermayesinin %74'üne sahip olduğu bağlı ortaklığımız Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Private Limited'in ("Celebi Delhi Cargo"), Hindistan Sivil Havacılık Bakanlığı Sivil Havacılık Güvenlik Bürosu tarafından güvenlik izinlerinin ulusal güvenlik çıkarlarına aykırılık teşkil ettiği gerekçesiyle iptal edilmesi ve bu iptale bağlı olarak bağlı ortaklıklarımızın Delhi'deki operasyonlarına yönelik İmtiyaz Sözleşmeleri'nin de havaalanı otoritelerince tek taraflı olarak derhal feshedilmesine sebebiyet veren İdari Kararın yürütmesinin durdurularak iptal edilmesi talebiyle; Yeni Delhi, Delhi Yüksek Mahkemesi'nce (i) Hindistan Merkezi Hükümeti (ii) Hindistan Sivil Havacılık Genel Müdürlüğü (iii) Hindistan Sivil Havacılık Bakanlığı Sivil Havacılık Güvenlik Bürosu (iv) Hindistan Havalimanları Otoritesi (v) Sivil Havacılık Bakanlığı Sivil Havacılık Bölgesel Bürosu (Delhi) aleyhine açtıkları iptal davasının dördüncü duruşması bugün görülmüştür. Yargılama, bir sonraki celse için 24.05.2025 tarihine ertelenmiştir. Ortaklığımızın paylarını etkileyecek önemde yeni gelişmeler olması durumunda hissedarlarımız bilahare bilgilendirilmeye devam edilecektir. | A lawsuit has been filed before the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi by our subsidiary Celebi Airport Services India Pvt. Ltd. ("CASI"), in which our Company holds 99.9% of the capital, and our subsidiary Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Private Limited ("Celebi Delhi Cargo"), in which our Company holds 74% of the capital, seeking the suspension and annulment of the administrative decision of security clerance cancellation granted by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security under the Ministry of Civil Aviation of India, on the grounds that they were contrary to national security interests and subsequently led to the immediate unilateral termination of the Concession Agreements related to our subsidiaries' operations in Delhi by the airport authorities. The lawsuit has been filed against the following parties: (i) Union of India (ii) Directorate General of Civil Aviation (India) (iii) Bureau of Civil Aviation Security under the Ministry of Civil Aviation (India) (iv) Airports Authority of India (v) Regional Office of Civil Aviation under the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Delhi) The fourth hearing was heard by the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi on today and has been adjourned to the next hearing date of 24.05.2025. Should there be any further material developments that may affect the shares of our partnership, our shareholders will be informed accordingly.
