Ltd.'nin ("CASI") ve sermayesinin %74'üne sahip olduğu bağlı ortaklığımız Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Private Limited'in ("Celebi Delhi Cargo"), Hindistan Sivil Havacılık Bakanlığı Sivil Havacılık Güvenlik Bürosu tarafından güvenlik izinlerini ulusal güvenlik çıkarlarına aykırılık teşkil ettiği gerekçesiyle iptal eden İdari Kararın yürütmesinin durdurularak iptal edilmesi talebiyle; Yeni Delhi-Delhi Yüksek Mahkemesi'nde açtığı dava bugün 07.07.2025 tarihinde reddedilmiş olup; gerekçeli karar henüz açıklanmamıştır. Bağlı ortaklıklarımız gerekçeli kararın açıklanmasının ardından temyiz amacıyla bir üst mahkemeye başvuracaktır. Ortaklığımızın paylarını etkileyecek önemde yeni gelişmeler olması durumunda hissedarlarımız bilahare bilgilendirilmeye devam edilecektir. | The lawsuit has been filed before the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi by our subsidiary Celebi Airport Services India Pvt. Ltd. ("CASI"), in which our Company holds 99.9% of the capital and our subsidiary Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Private Limited ("Celebi Delhi Cargo"), in which our Company holds 74% of the capital, seeking the suspension and annulment of the administrative decision of security clerance cancellation granted by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security under the Ministry of Civil Aviation of India is dismissed today, on 07.07.2025; the reasoned decision has not yet been announced. Our subsidiaries will apply to a higher court for appeal after the announcement of the reasoned decision. Should there be any further material developments that may affect the shares of our partnership, our shareholders will be informed accordingly. This Material Disclosure Announcement is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail. | |||||||
