The Presidential Decree No.10205, which declares the first phase of the area in Adana Yumurtalık —where our Company plans to make a total investment of USD 25 billion in Petrochemical and Refinery Facilities and a Port Project— as a "Private Industrial Zone," was published in the Official Gazette No.32988, dated 16 August 2025.
