VakıfBank has signed a new loan agreement with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in the total amount of USD 300,000,000, in two separate tranches with a maturity of up to 10 years.
Of this amount, USD 200,000,000 will be utilized to finance the reconstruction of housing and social infrastructure in earthquake-affected regions, and the remaining USD 100,000,000 will be utilized to finance SMEs' green transformation / climate-focused investment projects.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
