Our application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to increase our issued capital from TL 605,880,000 to TL 1,817,640,000, representing a 200% increase from internal resources (TL 1,211,660,000) within our company's registered capital ceiling of TL 2,000,000,000, has been approved. This was announced to the public via the CMB's bulletin dated January 23, 2026, and numbered 2026/4.
The issuance document and the amendment to the articles of association, approved by the Capital Markets Board on January 26, 2026, are attached.
The commencement date for exercising the right to receive bonus shares has been set as Thursday, January 29, 2026. (Date on which the holders of shares traded on the stock exchange are determined: 30.01.2026.)
