Within the registered capital ceiling of TL 5,000,000,000, the new version of Article 6 – Capital of the Articles of Association, as amended to reflect the increase of the Company's issued capital from TL 1,200,000,000 to TL 2,400,000,000 through a capital increase of TL 1,200,000,000, has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on February 12, 2026.
The registration was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated February 12, 2026 and numbered 11521, on page 251.
The latest version of the amended Articles of Association is attached hereto.
