Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.Ş. yönetimi tarafından hazırlanan ve BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi tarafından denetlenen, 1 Ocak 2025 – 31 Aralık 2025 hesap dönemine ilişkin, TMS/TFRS esasına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolar ile yasal kayıtlara göre oluşan finansal tabloların incelenmesi sonucunda ekte yer alan kar dağıtım tablosunda görüldüğü üzere; Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi, SPK Mevzuatı ve TTK hükümleri gereği karın dağıtımının Olağan Genel Kurul'a önerilmesine,

Kar dağıtım politikamıza uygun olarak brüt 2.717.312.675 TL'si geçmiş yıl karlarımızdan ayrılan serbest yedek akçelerden karşılanmak üzere, 2025 yılı karından toplam brüt 3.379.806.000 TL (net 2.872.835.100 TL) kâr payı ödenmesine,

Kâr payı ödeme tarihinin 17 Mart 2026 olarak belirlenmesinin; 14 Mart 2026 tarihinde yapılacak Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
